Re: Smash Bros Thread - "No Waluigi allowed in the DLC spots"

I have had a singular want since Smash 4 DLC started getting announced...okay, two. The first primarily is Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes. I don't expect him as the final fighter in the Fighter's Pass (my personal hunch is that it's Dovahkiin or Doomguy), but with the DLC following the pass, I...

Re: Boldir Lamati Appreciation Zone

Probably one of the best Friendsim trolls, and I'm genuinely excited to see how she'll guide Joey and Xefros along the path to freedom. Her route was a good break from the typical Friendsim pattern of "this troll is one trait taken from the character they share bloodcolors with in Homestuck", just p...

Re: PesterQuest Volume 7

I never thought I would say it, but I think out of every single troll, Equius has probably had the best route. I'm honestly unsure if the others will be able to top it. They took a character that many dismiss as an utter joke and is overall unimportant to Homestuck's grand story and made him much mo...

Re: Hiveswap Act 2

Hauntswitch's existence is currently up in the air , so either NEVER EVER or weaved into a different Act, probably the finale. Are all four acts of Hiveswap still coming ? When are each of the games coming out? What’s the roadmap for these games? We are committed to delivering Hiveswap in its entir...

Re: Pesterquest Modsuite

Very interesting! I was thinking of making a Beforus friendsim, and since I was going to be using Ren'Py for it anyway this is a tempting offer.

Re: Your Favorite Homestuck Jams

I'm also gonna post some fansongs while I'm at it.

I recommend literally the entire Beforus album, but I'll give specific shoutouts to Fatalism, Killer Beach, Let Me Dance Let Me Glisten, Scratchless Scraps, and Thief of The Ring.

Your Favorite Homestuck Jams

Post your favorite Homestuck songs, and perhaps some fancy words about how they make you feel all deep down inside, or share the story about that time you grinded on some attractive fella to Sunslammer in the club. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjmiQ3wujn4 Thanks to its use in Elwurd and Vriska's ...

Re: Problem Sleuth Megathread

I love Pickle Inspector a lot. Probably the saner of the characters and is quite frankly one of the biggest elements in Mobster Kingpin's defeat, despite all of his odd behaviors. 2nd is Death, because who doesn't love a good game?

They call me Sciencejoe (or Joe for short, and no I swear to God I'm not leading you into a particularly recent meme around the time I posted this message). I like to write...things, and though I'm kind of an absolute neanderthal when it comes to the finer details of Homestuck, I love discussing cha...

Re: THE DIRKCOURSE THREAD

Though an unexpected twist, being able to literally micromanage his friend's lives and the course of their hero's journey fits Dirk perfectly. Always toiling in the shadows, always shutting himself off (still doing it when he's a literal god), always manipulating however he can, all so he can do wha...

Re: THE VRISCOURSE THREAD

It's true, Vriska had very little control over her influences, but that will never, ever justify the things she did wrong (to name one of many, literal murder of her friends). Vriska herself obviously doesn't care about that at the end of the day ("you don't need to be a good person to be a hero")--...
