This volume was utterly superb. Equius rights, and Vrisrezi marriage fever. What's not to love?

I liked it. The art and writing were great on both routes, and I had some emotions especially with Equius and Nepeta, let the meowrails spend time together :'(

I never realized until relatively recently how great Equius was.

I really liked the Equius route. It gave me a good insight into his character that I missed out on in Homestuck.

I am contractually obligated to love Vrisrezi, so...

It's safe to say that this PesterQuest volume knocked it out of the park.

It was a gross miscarriage of justice that Equius came before Nepeta, and that his request therefore went unfulfilled

It already has been a crime that he was not in the same volume release with Nepeta.

The real crime is that Nepeta is not in every volume
Or who knows, she could be the T-posing maniac who is doing this to fulfill her destiny of becoming Lord English of Ships
Yeah, bringing back that old chestnut which was apparently a thing!

By the way, due to a small bug, Terezi's route gives you Equius's achievement instead of her own. Equius's route ALSO gives his own achievement. It took me a hot minute to update all the relevant software to get this, but I did a quick fix to try and get the achievement and it worked. Can't help anyone with this for legal and "This can be abused and I'd like to respect the team" ways but here's the screencap if you want to look at it.

Long lost sister I'm cackling.

But yeah I really liked the routes!! It definitely gave me more perspective on Equius who I'd always been more neutral towards. I really liked how they explored his character more!

And god the Terezi route....

I mean. Just. As expected, because I am a Vrisrezi stan. Good food. Vrisrezi rights

I'm usually not really into Vrisrezi, but I really liked how this volume did them, and I can dig more of that. I also just liked how this volume did Vriska in general.

Yeah, the achievement is broken in code, likely a typo. I imagine they're aware of the issue by now.

Almost certainly, yeah. And yes re: typos- it looks like it was just a copy-paste of the achievement commands that someone forgot to swap names on. But in the meantime, I figured I could fix it for myself at least, since it's a minor change. It took more time than I expected with all the updating I had to do and I probably wouldn't have if I realized that, but hey, there it is while we wait for an official fix.

I loved this volume! Honestly, before today I was never the biggest Equius fan. (sorry). Anyway, now I absolutely love him. He's awesome and has definitely moved up the ranks on my list of characters.
There was one hope I had for Terezi's route, and although it didn't happen, what did happen instead was pretty cool. I REALLY wanted to get found guilty by Terezi and have her hang me, but accidentally hanging her was just as cool.
