"The Leaving" Chords

(Before I start - mods, if this belongs in another forum, feel free to move it.)

I've been trying to figure out the chords in "The Leaving" from Homestuck's newest album. (https://homestuck.bandcamp.com/track/the-leaving)

The verses are pretty much just F-Am-G-D, and the chorus is Am-G/B-C-D-F-Am-G-D, as far as I can tell.

The one part that I'm not really sure of is the bridge ("You sent me fire./Fire, I’ll tear my throat out..."). Chordify.net says it's Bbmaj7-C-Dm-Eb-G-C-Ebm-C-G-D, but that doesn't seem right to me. (It doesn't help that Chordify can't keep track of the song's time signatures, so it goes back and forth between having the barlines correct but the beats wrong, and the beats correct but the barlines wrong.)

Can anyone give me a bit of help here?

Huh, I agree with you that the bridge chords from Chordify aren't quite right! Just from strumming along on my ukulele, I agree with the others you posted. I'll let you know if I can figure it out!
