Hiveswap Act 1 Hidden Message? [Need help]

So, this is going to be an interesting one, apparently my friend found a little message written in Alternian under Jude's Pigeon Cages, (Hiveswap Alternian, not MSPA Alternian) and I need some help figuring out and deciphering it.

I can't read the text properly and I don't know what it says, I can't seem to find anywhere that seems to know what it says either. If anyone does know do say something!

Oh my god thank you I was an idiot and had the "i" still in the spoiler tag.

Also oops! I thought you meant you needed a translation. I will do some eyeball and image edit things and see if I can figure it out.
